2. How we use it

We do not send marketing emails to people who have only submitted the booking form. If we ever start a mailing list, it will be opt in and every message will carry an unsubscribe link, as required by the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent required:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside New Zealand, including in Australia, the United States and the European Union. Before disclosing personal information overseas we satisfy ourselves that the recipient is subject to comparable safeguards, as Information Privacy Principle 12 requires. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

5. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. The database sits behind access controls and is not publicly reachable. Payment card data never touches our systems. We keep the number of people with access to enquiry data to the minimum, which today means the owner of the business. No system is perfectly secure, and if a privacy breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as the Privacy Act 2020 requires.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us to:

Email architechnz26@gmail.com and we will respond within 20 working days. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or 0800 803 909.

7. Children

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use information you have already given us will be notified by email where we hold an address for you.
